2011
At the Republican Party State Organizing Convention on Saturday, June 18, 2011, Grassroots GOP Delegates urged state delegates to consider carefully the information on the web pages referenced below regarding the proposed constitutional amendments.

2009
In preparation for the Republican Party State Organizing Convention on Saturday, June 13, 2009, Grassroots GOP Delegates has published a questionnaire, together with the responses received from candidates for state party office. Please review this information carefully before the convention.

2007
At the Republican Party State Organizing Convention on June 9, 2007, Grassroots GOP Delegates opposed an Article XII, Section 2C amendment to the party constitution. That amendment was proposed to address delegate allocation issues involving new, redrawn, and growing precincts, and precincts with few Republican voters.

But due to its wording and its relationship to other provisions in the Constitution, the amendment would have adversely affected the allocation of delegates among precincts. In addition, it would have taken power away from the grassroots by consolidating small precincts into a single meeting at the district or county level.

2006
At the Republican Party State Nominating Convention on May 13, 2006, delegates considered a constitutional amendment that would have allowed county parties to eliminate the election of delegates at precinct caucuses. Grassroots GOP Delegates vigorously opposed this amendment.
